Extremely happy with my stay. The hosts were very welcoming and super helpful. I could not of picked a better place to stay in Cozumel. It just outside of the town which makes it perfect for those who want some peace when they rest. Lovely flat with great amenities. My gf was even more pleased than I was so I thank you for the great experience.

This was my first time ever staying in an Air B n B anywhere. I was very nervous but Erick had great communication with me even before completing my booking. Check in was very easy and condo is close to airport. Place was very big with 2 bedrooms, a living space, private bathroom and kitchen. Perfect to shop for groceries right across the street. Ability to walk to downtown area easy but ATV was provided free of charge which helps with travel and saving money. Anything I needed I was able to message and get help from Erick and Carlos very fast. This is a very good place and host!

Erick's home was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed, super close to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. We also walked to his home from the ferry terminal, and it was an easy walk that didn't take more than 20-30 minutes. We felt safe staying here and walking around the area, which was quiet and clean. We had a lot of fun using the free bikes to bike the 2.5 miles on the bike path to the dive pier, so thank you for having those available to us! Erick and Carlos were very communicative and quick to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to sleep in a king size bed with an air conditioner at the end of the day after walking around in the hot sun. There were plenty of brochures and recommendations for things to do in the apartment. Erick is a really thoughtful host, and we enjoyed our stay in his home. Can't beat the value!

When we checked in Carlos was there to help us into the apartment. There was salsa and chips waiting on us. Every single detail was not left untouched there was literally everything we needed for a perfect day. Very nice size and extremely well-equipped. We immediately got our keys to our scooter and had a great time. The only thing I would change would be better linens and a comforter for the bed and maybe a mattress pad. Other than that it was extremely clean and everything was wonderful. Great location in value for the price. The swimming pool was open but only 1 hour per condo unit because of the Covid 19. situation. Also keep in mind when you're in Mexico all the channels except maybe two are all in Spanish. Bring your Netflix or a laptop if you want to watch anything. And as of right now on July 4th all the public beaches are closed in Mexico.

Ericks place is just amazing for the price. The communication with Erick and Carlos is fast and helpful. Though Carlos does not speak English we were able to communicate face to face with our translator apps. The location by supermarket is ideal. Though not on the beach the ATV makes is more than easy to get to a couple public beaches in less than 5 minutes. The 2 bedroom apt has everything. This is my second stay here in 2 months and will come back every time in have a trip to Cozumel.
